β€’ Drive Breef’s revenue strategy and development β€’ Oversee our current growth team β€’ Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure cohesive revenue generation efforts β€’ Own our sales processes and optimizations from lead generation to deal closure β€’ Manage sales forecasting and analytics to track key performance metrics and insights β€’ Evolve our reporting framework for direct-reports and transparency across the larger organization β€’ Monitor and analyze revenue performance against targets β€’ Own the lifecycle management of Breef Customers β€’ Oversee our operational tech stack and systems β€’ Partner closely with leadership and the larger organization

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of relevant leadership level experience in a SaaS, Software or technology business in a revenue operations capacity β€’ High-growth startup setting a plus β€’ Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency β€’ Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solving, using a data-driven approach to decision-making β€’ Deep understanding of performance marketing and demand-gen channels β€’ Extensive experience with Hubspot and proficiency in standard revenue operations tools and technologies β€’ Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments β€’ Prior experience presenting to an executive board is a plus
