Description

• Drive Breef’s revenue strategy and development • Oversee our current growth team • Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure cohesive revenue generation efforts • Own our sales processes and optimizations from lead generation to deal closure • Manage sales forecasting and analytics to track key performance metrics and insights • Evolve our reporting framework for direct-reports and transparency across the larger organization • Monitor and analyze revenue performance against targets • Own the lifecycle management of Breef Customers • Oversee our operational tech stack and systems • Partner closely with leadership and the larger organization

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant leadership level experience in a SaaS, Software or technology business in a revenue operations capacity • High-growth startup setting a plus • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency • Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solving, using a data-driven approach to decision-making • Deep understanding of performance marketing and demand-gen channels • Extensive experience with Hubspot and proficiency in standard revenue operations tools and technologies • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments • Prior experience presenting to an executive board is a plus
