Description

• Lead the implementation of OKTA Identity solutions for clients, from design to deployment. • Work closely with clients to understand their IAM needs and requirements. • Provide expert guidance on how to best implement OKTA Identity solutions to meet those needs. • Configure and customize OKTA Identity solutions to meet specific client requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment support. • Develop and maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to clients and project teams. • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions with clients to ensure successful adoption of OKTA Identity solutions. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IAM, OKTA Identity solutions, and related technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM consulting, with direct experience implementing OKTA Identity solutions. • Experience working with enterprise-level clients on large-scale IAM projects. • Strong understanding of IAM principles, concepts, and technologies, including SSO, MFA, access management, and identity governance. • Hands-on experience with OKTA Identity products, including OKTAFederate, OKTAAccess, and OKTADirectory. • Familiarity with other IAM solutions, such as OKTA, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Identity Manager. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
