Description

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding. • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion and website launch. • Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences in launching their new company website. • Use our highly customized version of WordPress to update customer websites. • Assist customers with adopting new and existing features to maximize value.

Requirements

• 1+ years of digital marketing experience. • WordPress experience. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail. • Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role. • Knowledge of common internet technologies. • Comfortable with technology and learning new software. • Experience with Google G Suite or Microsoft Office.
