📋 Description
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex digital projects. • Drive project vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting junior project managers. • Leverage understanding of technology, branding, and user experience to guide teams in delivering innovative solutions. • Ensure successful project delivery and foster long-term client relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive project management experience, with a focus on managing complex projects. • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). • PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred. • Experience with portfolio management is a big plus.
