• At Brightscout, the Technical Delivery Owner is at the forefront of our technical endeavors, acting as a crucial bridge between our clients' visions and the technical execution of digital solutions. • This role demands a combination of strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles. • You will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and leading a team of talented engineers towards delivering innovative and impactful technology solutions. • Take ownership of all technical aspects of digital project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, diving deep into their problem domains to understand and address their needs effectively. • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to finalize architecture and technology choices, ensuring optimal solutions are devised and implemented. • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and UI/UX Designers to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution, aligning technical strategies with design and management aspects. • Lead scoping, estimation, and planning activities for new projects, providing technical insight and direction. • Manage project scope, requirements, risks, dependencies, and deliverables continuously, ensuring timely and successful project completion. • Guide and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering an environment of learning and excellence. • Ensure the technical team's efforts are aligned with project goals and client expectations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within a digital agency, professional services, or technology-focused company. • Strong technical background with experience in software development and architecture. • Familiarity with Agile development methodology and experience working with design and technical teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with clients and team members. • Analytically-minded, hypothesis-driven thinker with a maniacal attention to detail. • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex technical and project-related issues. • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and mentorship. • A sense of ownership and accountability with a passion for delivering high-quality work. • Beyond technical and project management expertise, we value individuals who are empathetic, collaborative, and committed to our clients' success.
