• BrightSign is the global market leader in digital signage media players, headquartered in San Jose, California, USA. • BrightSign manufactures media players and provides free software and networking solutions for the commercial digital signage market worldwide. • We are looking for a highly-motivated Sales Manager to manage our sales in Southern Europe and is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and partners. • You must be fluent in French and English. • This is a remote position but you must live in this region. • As the Sales Manager, Southern Europe you should work to satisfy customer’s needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. • You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. • Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long term client and vendor relationships.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive • Minimum of 7 years of experience • Experience in digital signage industry • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience • Must be willing to travel as part of normal job duties • Knowledge of CRM software and MS office (MS Excel) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude • Outgoing, approachable personality • Good understanding of all the actors of the digital signage industry (CMS Vendors, content providers, Value-Added-Resellers (VARs) • Previous sales experience in AV / media / technology / Retail Fixtures is highly preferred
