Description

• Oversee and manage the security strategy for critical IT infrastructure. • Develop, implement, and refine security strategies for key tools and processes. • Work closely with Enterprise Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure teams. • Identify and assess potential security risks within IT infrastructure systems. • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure security professionals. • Ensure all infrastructure security measures adhere to security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. • Oversee the incident response process for infrastructure security. • Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Security, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or director-level role. • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing security teams. • Strong ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Enterprise Cyber Security, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver a cohesive security strategy. • Ability to analyze complex security issues, assess risk, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
