📋 Description

• Brightspeed is looking for an IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems. • The position entails eliciting business requirements, devising solutions aligned with business goals, and executing them on the ServiceNow platform. • Collaborate with business counterparts to gather input and integrate implemented solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field • 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development involving ServiceNow • Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal in ServiceNow • Working experience on ServiceNow Flow Designer and ServiceNow UI Builder • Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill • Knowledge of Angular js, React js, HTML, CSS, Java script • Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira) • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
