Requirements

• Degree in Developmental Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. • Experience in curriculum and assessment development outside of the classroom. • Experience with implementing research studies. • In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Innovative mindset with a passion for enhancing early childhood education. • Strong project management skills. • Proficiency in written Spanish is preferred.
