Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in supply chain management or operations • Direct management experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics field. Preferably in a high growth environment. • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity • Experience in developing budgets and business plans • Ability to implement new processes that increase capacity and efficiency while supporting a high growth business • Track record of leading an operation with high growth expectations • Experience evaluating supply chain performance by analyzing data and metrics
