• Work cross functionally with business teams to analyze legal risks and devise solutions • Build trusted relationships and create/improve internal processes • Engage in contract review and negotiation • Identify emerging legal and regulatory risks • Stay up-to-date on relevant product and AI space • Manage corporate governance matters • Manage stock financings and administer equity incentive plans
Requirements
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school • 7+ years of corporate law experience • Active bar membership with a preference to register as in-house counsel in California
