We embody our Leadership Principles in our work and culture and are a fully remote team with employees across every time zone in the US. • Who You Are: Brightwheel is seeking a Program Manager, Sales Operations. You excel at driving success within teams and thrive in high-growth tech environments. You bring expertise in streamlining sales processes and managing sales tools, aligning the sales organization with marketing and operations. • You ensure seamless coordination and execution across teams and leverage a metrics-driven approach to identify sales needs for revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or a similar role in a high-growth environment. • Proven experience working with sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational improvements. • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Ability to design workflows and automations, build reports, and collaborate with Systems Operations to implement updates. • Experience in data analysis and reporting with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations. • Sales Process Optimization: Expertise in streamlining sales workflows, automating processes, and improving overall efficiency. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments. • Familiarity with AI sales tools and performance monitoring platforms is a plus. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions
