Description

• Drive cross-team technical project velocity by project managing many highly complex go-to-market initiatives that require collaboration across 3 or more technical teams and 2 or more business teams. • Drive methodology and consistency in the way we organize and communicate technical programs for resourcing efficiency and delivery date precision. • Project manage a full-stack team of passionate, dedicated engineers and systems administrators to ensure efficient delivery of projects in a timely fashion and with quality. • Work closely with the Go-to-Market business teams to develop technical plans and goals, as well as to refine processes to improve collaboration. • Drive process improvements to increase program velocity while simultaneously raising the bar for quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years experience and proven skills in program management for Go-To-Market and/or data technologies. • You have 2+ years experience guiding and coordinating 5+ teams (3 technical, 2 business) on complex technical projects. • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering or analytics engineering. (data integration, ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL). • You have a pragmatic approach to developing right-sized processes that help teams operate effectively while delivering high value business outcomes. • Exceptional project management skills demonstrated through driving successful multi-team projects from inception to completion. • You work very well cross-functionally and are able to make hard decisions and trade-offs while incorporating a diversity of perspectives. • You’re an empathetic listener with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • You encourage a healthy work environment that is both supportive and challenging. • You thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
