🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with an emphasis on backend and data systems. • Motivated by building robust, maintainable, AI-interoperable software systems that drive user and business outcomes. • Capable of working across the stack, owning feature implementations end-to-end. • Believe in using the right tool for the job, even if unfamiliar. • Enjoy solving technical challenges in a simple way understandable for others. • Lack of prior experience with specific technology is not disqualifying, but experience with Python, Django, GraphQL, or Snowflake would help. • Have a favorite product and can articulate what makes it delightful. • Constantly tinkering with AI tools and workflows for productivity.
