🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital optimization, A/B testing, or website analytics. • Strong proficiency in Optimizely and Adobe Analytics. • Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including statistical significance testing and KPI measurement. • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is a plus for test implementation troubleshooting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement. • Preferred: Experience working in e-commerce, professional services, or digital marketing environments. • Preferred: Knowledge of additional analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python, or R is a plus. • Preferred: Exposure to personalization strategies and AI-driven optimization.
