Description
• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding our transition from conventional project execution methods to Agile. • This role requires extensive knowledge sharing, coaching, and the ability to influence and guide teams through the adoption of Agile practices. • Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, removal of impediments, and tracking of metrics. • Act as an Agile Coach, assisting early adopters, training resistors, and guiding agreeable adopters. • Conduct Scrum ceremonies and quantify improvements. • Participate in a Community of Practice (CoP) of Scrum Masters to exchange ideas and experiences.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of running successful Scrum teams. • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to coach and mentor team members at various levels of Agile adoption.
