β€’ Fully understanding the capabilities and options for both the Virtual Shareholder Meeting and Shareholder Meeting Registration products β€’ Plan and organize events with attention to deadlines, milestones, time constraints and any additional financial impact β€’ Coordinate support and responsibilities both internally and with external vendors β€’ Communicate regularly via phone, email and scheduled meetings to provide updates and set expectations as the AGM approaches β€’ Understand client needs and expectations to deliver World Class Service Broadridge is known for β€’ Troubleshoot issues real time and offer solution when necessary β€’ Guide clients in a consultative manner and provide best practices for successful execution β€’ Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner β€’ Monitor and verify live events β€’ Manage client timeline to ensure all deliverables and communications are provided in a timely manner β€’ Complete internal tasks and operations to prepare the Virtual Shareholder Meeting and Shareholder Meeting platform β€’ Testing and verifying of future development enhancements β€’ Work directly with internal Product Management team, Sales organization and Client Experience staff β€’ Communicate daily with client contacts including 'C' suite β€’ Occasional onsite support of events

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of experience as event coordinator or similar role β€’ Proficient in MS Office β€’ Excellent vendor management skills β€’ Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success β€’ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills β€’ Team player β€’ Excellent time-management skills β€’ Great interpersonal and communication skills
