Description
• Business Developer role to support clients in Spain • Win, support national growth of Sales INT team • Prospect, arrange, visit, present, and reach selling agreements • Report on activity and work on CRM • Track proposals until client acceptance • Represent the company at fairs and events • Focus on generating leads and sending proposals
Requirements
• At least 5 years in the sales world of BPOs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience of Contact Centers will be considered a plus • Knowledge and regular work with advanced office tools • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines • Experience in managing and upselling large or global accounts • Strong analytical skills • Effective, versatile, and action-oriented • Demonstrated experience of customer and partner experience, sales cycles, and end-to-end business processes in a SaaS landscape • Creative and passionate about helping others
