📋 Description
•As Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Broadvoice •Looking for a proactive individual to help improve Salesforce platform •Manage user experience including support tickets, training, and solutions •Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform required •Comfortable with change management and governance •Liaising with stakeholders and translating technical information is vital •Sole administrator reporting directly to the Business Systems Manager •Responsibilities include user management, configuration changes, and data management
🎯 Requirements
•Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud •Trailhead Badges/Super Badges •Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification •A proactive attitude to platform enhancements •Designing scalable, best practice solutions •Excellent relationship-building skills •Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels •Translating requirements into technical solutions •Experience in change management and governance •Training end users and key stakeholders •Technical documentation •Available and responsive to questions •Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports •Proficient with English, writing and talking •Experience working with other tools like Jira and Confluence
