Requirements

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with emphasis in biomechanics (5+ years experience) • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, running biomechanics, running performance and injury prevention • 7+ years’ experience with data management tools and industry standard relational database systems • 1+ year experience managing direct reports • Proven leadership capabilities • Expert knowledge of database technologies and data visualization techniques (Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI) • Advanced experience working with human subject data (3D motion capture, kinematic/kinetic models, EMG) • Expert experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets • Proven abilities of using advanced statistical, machine learning techniques • Expert experience writing programs to analyze human performance data (Python, SQL, MATLAB) • Advanced experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Proven track record of leading data science initiatives • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Expert Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills • Curious and open-minded • Travel 5% of the time...
