Description

• Manage daily Social Media channels/calendars. • Create a 360 social media strategy. • Build and grow BRUNA’s community. • Consistently pursue opportunities to connect with others. • Build a strong and engaged creator network. • Create social media content and execute in-house content creation. • Identify trends, learnings, and best practices in social media. • Lead community-driven online and offline initiatives. • Track relevant KPIs to derive data-based insights & recommendations.

Requirements

• A highly driven and proactive way of working. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to network and make connections. • A creative eye with an interest and knowledge of the social media landscape. • Excellent project and time management skills and experience in event curation and management. • Strong team spirit, collaborative, professional, and reliable. • Commercial mindset, creating content that looks good and converts. • Exceptional English skills, with meticulous attention to detail in spelling and grammar. • Knowledge of German is a plus. • 2-3+ years of relevant education in digital media, graphic design, content creation, or related fields. • 3+ years of work experience with lifestyle brands or agencies. • Good knowledge of graphic design programs and other emerging tools for content creation.
