📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Expected to work approximately 40 hours per week during Eastern Standard Time Zone hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. • The accountant role is involved in all areas of accounting. • The accountant is primarily responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, inter company reconciliations, and special projects. • Record various journal entries. • Balance Sheet reconciliation (ex: bank, intercompany, accruals, prepaid, etc.). • Intercompany coordination and reconciliations. • Support accounting month-end close process. • Supportive team member for AP & AR. • Prepare ad hoc requests and projects as needed. • Fluctuation analysis of expense account activity to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

• Strong Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines • Strong understanding of Internal controls • Excellent understanding of well-designed processes • Excellent problem-solving skills • Analytical capability • Attention to detail • Highly Driven/motivated • Inquisitive • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Excellent communication skills.
