📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are a premier design studio specializing in high-end modern residential and hospitality projects. • We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in residential single-family homes to join our growing team. • This role involves working closely with our design team to develop complete sets of construction documents for high-end residential projects. • Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Los Angeles, CA • Includes 30 minutes paid break.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in residential single-family home design and documentation. • Expert proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce high-quality construction documents efficiently. • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes. • Ability to work independently and proactively while also taking direction from senior team members. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
