• This is a remote position. • The client is a leading player in the online talent management industry, specialising in helping models and creators grow their audience and monetise their presence. • A highly professional and specialised approach to talent management, built on established digital marketing principles. • A selective model partnership strategy, focusing on quality over quantity to ensure premium service delivery. • A comprehensive support system including dedicated success managers, content managers, copywriters, finance managers, privacy specialists and other teams who work together to maximise client success. • We’re now searching for a Client Success Operations Executive to optimize model (client) management and their audience engagement and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals in alignment with the board’s vision.
