📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Manage HR records, employee compliance, and maintain personnel files. • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees. • Enter payroll and ensure all compensation is processed accurately and on time. • Assist in the preparation of company budgets and track financial records. • Manage invoicing, payments, and coordination of project-related financial expenses. • Update and maintain the employee handbook and company policies and procedures. • Ensure the company remains compliant with relevant industry regulations, including maintaining certifications and insurance. • Handle general correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Provide administrative support for contract management, including preparing and reviewing contract documents. • Support company leadership with various tasks and projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, and financial administration. • Strong understanding of payroll processing, accounting software (QuickBooks preferred), and HR best practices. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. • Strong experience with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, etc.). • Prior experience in the construction industry or small business is a huge plus but not required. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
