📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with experience in Python and/or React to join our dynamic team. • This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, working on both front-end and back-end components. • The ideal candidate should have intermediate-level expertise, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (Manila time) • Includes 30 minutes paid break. • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React (front-end) and/or Python (back-end). • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. • Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. • Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve the user experience. • Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization systems. • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development. • Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) and/or React.js. • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript). • Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL). • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab). • Understanding of API development and microservices architecture. • Experience with Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
