🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Deep understanding of AU and UK culture, market trends, and communication styles • Proven experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and its marketplace features • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of closing deals in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and digital tools • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment • Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts from 1 PM to 9 PM UK time, including weekends • Ability to handle approximately 4 phone transactions per hour, demonstrating efficiency and sales acumen • Adaptability to evolving business strategies and changing market conditions • Passion for e-commerce and the latest mobile technology trends
