📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Work Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - 9:00AM to 2:00PM - Pacific Standard Time • Location: Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, USA • Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the industrial real estate sector • Identify potential buyers or sellers interested in leasing or purchasing warehouses • Verify and gather correct contact information for decision-makers • Engage in meaningful conversations to pre-qualify leads • Follow a structured script and ask the right questions to determine motivation and interest level • Record and report all lead details in a CRM or tracking system
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) • Prior experience in cold calling, real estate , or lead generation preferred • Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally • Comfortable making high-volume calls • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Ability to work independently and meet targets
