📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 05:00 pm and Friday 8:15 am to 03:00 pm Los Gatos, CA Time with 30-mins unpaid break • We are seeking compassionate and efficient Call Room Staff to join our dedicated team that provides treatment plans and rehab solutions for any acute or chronic pain condition. • The ideal candidate will have a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly under pressure to assist patients in distress. • This role is vital in providing support to individuals experiencing pain, ensuring their concerns are addressed with patience, understanding, and professionalism. • This person will work in our very busy call room answering an average of 60 calls a day with great customer service, a kind voice, knowledgeable about our policies and practices, and make outbound calls to patients to help them to get scheduled with a positive demeanor. • Background: Creating and maintaining spreadsheets Appointment scheduling Very professional in all communications: verbal, text and email • Very clear spoken in English and Spanish • Must be a good listener • Ability to solve problems • Fast learner – Remember what they have been trained to do • Detailed Self-starter
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years experience in a busy call room • 2 years experience with EHR systems: scheduling • 2 years healthcare experience (HMO, PPO, Authorizations) • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, phone systems (placing calls on hold and managing 2-3 calls at a time) • Must be reliable, self-starter, mature, empathetic, and have excellent customer service skills • Must have an extra computer monitor and Adobe access • Experience with Jot Forms or similar software is preferred, but not required • Understand our policies and REMEMBER how to implement them. • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and remotely
