• This is a remote position. • Full-time: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PDT • Responsibilities include answering patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in a medical clinic or health care environment is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes is an asset • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
