Description
• Play a key role in supporting end-to-end NetSuite implementations for clients • Be proactive in engagements, serving as the Client's advocate • Manage scope and budget effectively • Lead configuration workshops and manage offline activities • Define data migration strategy and oversee activities • Engage in all phases of implementations, ensuring alignment between business needs and system execution • Work closely with in-house developers to implement custom solutions • Participate in project planning and change control processes • Stay current with NetSuite updates and industry trends • Foster technical and industry expertise through learning opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems • 2-3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 5+ full life cycle implementations • NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry specific experience • Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools • Extensive familiarity with data migration plan and procedures and hands-on experience completing Go-Live cutover data loads • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment • Eagerness to mentor junior staff • NetSuite Certifications highly desired
