📋 Description
• BryceTech is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support a high-impact Navy acquisition office • Work directly with top-tier program leadership and collaborate with large and diverse teams • Lead acquisition & management by overseeing the acquisition process, schedule, performance and financials • Drive strategic program initiatives by planning, executing and maintaining program momentum • Collaborate with Navy leadership and government contract representatives to proactively resolve challenges • Support growth and development by championing the creation of policies, procedures, and training initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in business management or related field • 12 years of experience supporting DoD R&D acquisition • At least 3 recent years supporting DoD or component Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) • Experience across all SBIR phases and provide acquisition planning consistent with statutory requirements • At least 3 years of supervisory experience • Familiarity with SBIR/STTR program policies, statutes, and regulations • Familiarity with DoD instruction 5000.02 • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to a wide range of audiences through multiple media • Proven attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality, error-free product • Ability to lead in a dynamic environment
