• About Bryq • Bryq is a leading HR tech company specializing in AI-driven skills assessment and talent intelligence. Our platform helps companies make better hiring and workforce decisions by leveraging science-backed insights. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand. • The Role • As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Bryq’s marketing efforts, working closely with C-level executives, the product team, and sales. You’ll oversee key projects, from refining company messaging and enhancing our online presence to supporting product launches and lead generation campaigns. You will also coordinate with external partners for specialized initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level marketer to make a significant impact in a fast-growing HR tech company. • Key Responsibilities • Lead website redesign efforts to enhance brand presence and user experience. • Develop and refine company messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels. • Collaborate with leadership and product teams to align branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. • Support sales with engaging product marketing materials, including one-pagers, presentations, and customer success stories. • Oversee and grow Bryq’s social media presence across key platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand and business goals. • Work with external agencies to drive demand generation and optimize paid media campaigns. • Track and analyze marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or HR tech. • Strong understanding of brand positioning, content marketing, social media, and demand generation. • Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with different teams and external partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and WordPress is a plus.
