📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager in Implementation to join our growing team. • You'll have the opportunity to shape and establish our project management practices from the ground up end-to-end across the customer onboarding journey. • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and go-live of new software implementation projects with government customers. • We're looking for a self-starter, who can thrive in a start-up like environment, adept at setting up new systems and processes, and passionate about driving customer success. • An ideal candidate would demonstrate an ability to lead large-scale projects and to ensure efficient use of resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment (GovTech experience ideal but not necessary), with demonstrable success in setting up project management functions from scratch • Knowledge of all project aspects, including project initiation, planning, development, risk and budget management, execution and delivery • Excellent understanding of project management principles, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills • Proficient in setting up & managing project management software tools • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities • Ability to manage stress and anxiety levels in complex and fast paced environments • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of effectively interacting with technical team members • Prior usage of and familiarity with a PSA tool
