• Lead and scale demand generation functions at Bucketlist. • Define and execute demand generation programs for revenue growth. • Own demand generation strategies across multiple channels. • Implement data-driven marketing strategies to convert leads. • Analyze and optimize key demand generation KPIs. • Lead ABM campaigns and personalizing targeting strategies. • Partner with marketing teams for pipeline and revenue growth. • Mentor and support team members for continuous learning.
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech • A proven track record of building scalable demand generation programs that drive revenue growth • Strong expertise in ABM methodologies, buyer journey mapping, and outbound marketing • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and SDR teams to execute high-performing campaigns • Analytical yet empathetic mindset, able to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize for both performance and buyer experience • Bias for action—you’re a strategic thinker who moves fast and executes flawlessly • Strong storytelling and messaging skills; able to craft compelling, buyer-centric campaigns • Familiarity with key marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation) • Passion for AI-driven innovation and automation to drive marketing efficiency
