β€’ As a Marketing & Operations Assistant, you will support both the marketing and operations teams by taking on a variety of tasks that help streamline daily activities and free up the founders' time to focus on content creation. β€’ Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with our team. β€’ Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed and shipped accurately. β€’ Oversee inbox management, handle meeting scheduling, and manage the team calendar. β€’ Set daily and weekly priorities, creating reminders to keep teams on track. β€’ Check and manage inventory, create reports, and order marketing stock as needed. β€’ Support administrative tasks, such as consolidating Dropbox files to Google Drive. β€’ Manage subscription tools and assist in setting up new platforms (e.g., Circle community platform). β€’ Assist with outreach to new retailers and maintain ongoing communications with potential clients. β€’ Create, edit, and optimise 8+ video ads per week for platforms such as Meta and TikTok. β€’ Assist in executing paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns as necessary. β€’ Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives and targeting strategies to optimise ad performance. β€’ Analyse performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate reports with actionable insights. β€’ Manage online communities, engage with customers, and foster brand loyalty across social media platforms. β€’ Write and edit content briefs and scripts for new video content to ensure alignment with brand messaging. β€’ Support the marketing and operations team with various tasks as they arise, ensuring flexibility to meet evolving business needs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years proven experience in marketing and operations, ideally within an ecommerce or early-stage business environment. β€’ Hands-on experience in customer service, inventory management, and digital marketing (especially video content creation) is essential. β€’ Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut, along with experience using marketing platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. β€’ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage customer interactions and collaborate across teams. β€’ Comfortable interpreting campaign data and performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies. β€’ Has proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding creative solutions. β€’ Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, and CRM systems. β€’ Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). β€’ Interest in ecommerce trends and influencer marketing strategies.
