📋 Description
• Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse • Assist Registered Nurse in carrying out the plan of care, preparation, implementation, and continuity evaluation of the client care plan • Teach the client appropriate self-care techniques • Observe, record and report the general condition of clients and signs of changes • Actively participate in weekly case conferences, inservices, and any staff meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state board of nursing • Minimum of one year experience as an LPN, home care experience prioritized • Ability to provide two references • Pass OIG checks, Virginia State Police background check, national background checks, verify employment eligibility • Current CPR certificate required • Reliable transportation, proof of valid car insurance, valid driver’s license
