• As a key operations role within the project, leverage firsthand trading and research experience in the crypto space to help Alva gain quicker insights into trending projects and develop targeted analytical methods for various asset types.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Strong awareness of the Web3 industry, with a keen perception of trending projects and market trends. • Extensive hands-on experience in project research and on-chain trading, capable of developing personal analysis or trading strategies. • Strong interest and curiosity about AI Agent products, with foundational knowledge and experience. • Excellent learning ability and ownership mindset. • Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills. • Good teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate across departments. • Located in an North American time zone, adaptable to remote work.
