• Responsible for introducing, developing, and optimising CRM activity for the US and other markets • Implement customer promotions that enhance user experience, engagement, and commercial KPIs • Manage and optimise automated flows • Own the creation, execution, and reporting of multi-channel campaigns across CRM tools • Build html emails, push notifications, app messages, social media posts, automated email flows, promotional pages, and purchase offers • Conduct post campaign reporting, proactively suggest and implement improvements • Work with several data streams for segmentation • Execute A/B testing across several campaigns • Define target audiences and campaigns via CRM and marketing tools
• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role • Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college • Ideally experience with USA market or Gaming/eCommerce background • Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent written and spoken English is a must • Familiarity with Bloomreach and/or other CRM platforms • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management
