🎯 Requirements
• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within the gaming industry, showcased through a compelling portfolio. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using top design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. • Design Mastery: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and design thinking methodologies. • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high independence in a dynamic environment. • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to various stakeholders. • Passion for Gaming: A genuine enthusiasm for gaming, with an understanding of game mechanics and player behavior that informs your design philosophy.
