• B2Spin is a rapidly growing team of company builders on a mission to bring life-changing moments of joy to our customers. • We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to manage and guide our quality assurance team in overseeing email and promotional content for social gaming casino players. • This role is responsible for ensuring that all communications are accurate, engaging, and fully functional across all platforms. • The QA Team Lead will develop and implement quality assurance processes, mentor QA specialists, and serve as the final check for high-priority campaigns. • This role requires a leader who combines a meticulous eye for detail with strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of quality assurance in digital marketing.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Quality Assurance, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in QA for digital marketing or email campaigns, with at least 1 year in a lead or managerial role. • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. • Expertise in quality assurance practices and tools related to digital marketing and email platforms. • Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Trello, or other project management software (preferred but not required) • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and A/B testing (preferred but not required) • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, especially for reviewing email or web assets where required (preferred but not required)
