📋 Description

• Oversee programs managing organizational change and ensuring successful adoption within Customer Success, Support and Product Enablement • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals and plans • Monitor program progress and adjust as necessary to meet objectives • Lead and motivate project teams • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborate with internal departments to set expectations and ensure alignment • Execute enablement and adoption plans for initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in an internal project or program management role or leadership role • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.) • Experience in leading organizations through and enabling them on complex changes to ensure adoption • Highly motivated and organized with exceptional skills in leadership, time management, prioritization and facilitation • Polished in presenting to large audiences, running effective meetings, and working with multiple levels of the organization • Proven track record as a builder • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and navigate conflicts • Clear and concise in communications and strong in root causing and problem solving • Focused on continuous improvement
