📋 Description
• Supporting accurate and timely end-to-end processing of European payrolls • Ensuring compliance with country regulations • Liaising with internal teams for payroll input while maintaining confidentiality • Collating and submitting payroll data to outsourced payroll provider • Maintaining accurate payroll records • Producing and validating exception reports • Auditing and reconciling payroll data, correcting discrepancies • Collaborating with HR and other departments to provide customer service
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with NL payrolls is essential, and other European countries listed a distinct advantage • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail • Good working knowledge of Excel • Provide reliable, consistent support delivered on time • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
