📋 Description
• Collaborate with clients on their projects during key stages, including early concept validation, startup launch, and growth scaling efforts. • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' target audience, competitors, market trends, and user behavior to define effective digital growth strategies. • Develop and brainstorm growth experiment strategies and tactics. • Set up and manage ad campaigns to drive targeted user acquisition and conversion. • Design and implement experiments, such as A/B tests, to optimize landing pages, creatives, emails, and other marketing assets. • Continuously measure and optimize all tactics to meet and exceed growth goals.
🎯 Requirements
• You have a background in Communication Management, Communication Science, Commercial Communication, or Marketing & Cross Media Management. • Prior experience in advertising, SEO, social media, or community management is preferred. • You exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong determination for achieving success. • You showcase exceptional analytical skills and a genuine passion for making data-driven decisions. • You proactively approach projects, taking ownership and demonstrating a high level of initiative. • You possess a creative mindset with a profound understanding of user behavior. • Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively express your vision and ideas. • You are a native or fluent English speaker. • Knowledge of design, copywriting, or development is considered advantageous.
