📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Craft comprehensive proposals and transform them into actionable plans. • Analyze new growth areas for corporations, prioritizing assumptions to validate and determining the most effective experiments for validating new venture concepts. • Brainstorm and challenge corporate venture strategies to drive innovation. • Create impactful presentations for corporate management boards, showcasing your ideas and recommendations. • Pioneering innovation sprints to foster creativity and drive results. • Collaborate with network agencies and subject matter experts to leverage collective knowledge and expertise. • Seamlessly switch between multiple projects, effectively managing priorities and delivering high-quality results. • Visualize customer journeys through compelling scenarios, enabling a deeper understanding of user experiences. • Wireframe startup stories and challenge existing business models, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Engineering, Service Design, Strategy Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Innovation Consultancy, Change Management, Business Design, or a related field. • 1-2+ years of relevant experience or other applicable experience. • Strong drive and hunger for success. • Genuine passion for innovation. • Eager to blend a corporate and start-up mindset. • Exceptional social skills for navigating intense management meetings. • Future thinker, consistently staying ahead of the curve. • Energy, hard work, and a fun-loving spirit. • Ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset. • Well-versed in latest tools and methodologies for tackling service, product, business, or experience-driven innovation challenges. • Natural prioritization skills for quick decisions. • Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English (French or German knowledge is a plus).
