🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher educational experience • 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within SaaS. • Proven track record of maintaining compliance with standards like ISO 9001. • Experience leading audits, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional quality efforts. • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and IEC standards. • Proficiency in quality tools like CAPA, FMEA, risk assessments, and root cause analysis. • Strong data analysis skills to monitor quality metrics and drive insights. • Familiarity with software tools used for quality documentation and compliance tracking. • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for resolving quality issues. • Effective communication to collaborate with engineering, product, and regulatory teams. • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
