Description
• Lead innovative brand team of 11+ people. Managing and planning resources, creating processes, improving workflows, and hiring additional team members. • Lead BURGA’s visual & written communication vision. Oversee our brand book, brand guidelines, brand positioning, tone of voice, and other communication guidelines. • Work on brand alignment across all departments. Ensure consistency in our brand's visual appearance and written communication. • Lead visual & communications strategy for BURGA marketing campaigns: new collections, new products, sales, viral stunts, future store/pop-up launches, brand awareness & other campaigns. • Create marketing cross-team processes with the Social Media, Influencer, PR, and Growth teams to help them with visual and written communication. • Lead product design strategy. Working with the product development team, you’ll shape the design of our future products, which we have plenty in the pipeline.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience as a Creative Director or similar managerial role. • At least 10 years of experience in creative roles. With some in e-commerce/B2C brands. • Expert knowledge in graphic design, content production, and copywriting/communications. This role requires strong knowledge of all these fields. • Extreme passion for fashion, creativity, and innovation, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new possibilities. • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Effectively lead projects and tackle challenges. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
