• Analyze the market and plan the content strategy to reach the right audience and communicate about Burga’s new products • Develop and implement innovative creative strategies for our France organic social media channels, with a primary focus on video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube • Handle end-to-end video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Youtube, showcasing expertise in filming, editing (can be outsourced), and storytelling • Embrace innovation by continuously exploring and experimenting with new ideas and trends in the digital space, bringing fresh perspectives to our content strategy. Be ready to push boundaries with innovative ideas as we embark on more significant projects, potentially even flying abroad for filming • Take charge of organizing larger-scale social media viral stunts, from idea to reality • Partner with other French brands on joint awareness campaigns. Viral stunts, videos, giveaways, pop-ups, events, or other marketing opportunities • Stay at the forefront of social media trends, consistently bringing in innovative ideas to enhance our organic social media presence • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including video creators, editors, and designers, to align creative strategies with broader marketing and communication goals • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of developed content, brand communication, and audience engagement

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) • Excellent English skills • A solid 3 years of proven experience in the social media landscape, with a minimum of 2 years specifically dedicated to growing social media channels with video creation, and filming showcased through a robust portfolio of creative and effective content • Huge plus if you have editing experience and you love being the star of the videos yourself • A keen interest and deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels demonstrated through active engagement with these platforms • Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, and visual communication, with a specialized focus on creating engaging organic social media content • Excellent organizational and project management skills to seamlessly handle multiple aspects of video production • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, showcasing adaptability and excellence under tight deadlines • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on crafting compelling narratives for organic social media content
