Description

• Be in charge of the Influencer Marketing in the Czech Republic and manage high scale influencer marketing campaigns • Develop, execute and report influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders • Brainstorm creative ideas & concepts that we can test out with creators in Poland • Analyze the results of launched content (CPM, ROI, CPA, etc) • Keep lead in emerging trends, technologies, and influencers • Be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity in the dedicated market • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience in managing influencers on a large scale directly and through agencies • Fluency in English • Fluency in Polish • Expertise in managing campaigns on social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram & YouTube • Have worked with Influencer Discovery Tools • Have experience working with campaign tracking tools Looker, Looker Studio, Google Analytics or other • Paid social knowledge is beneficial • Be an excellent communicator • Have the ability to prioritize • Analytical skills • Have no fear of failing
