Description
• Identify suitable social media influencers in Spain and negotiate partnerships and contracts • Create and develop best outreach strategies • Create, build, and maintain influencer relationships and networks • Lead and develop strategies for performance-oriented campaigns, including crafting engaging stories and creating briefs • Measure the effectiveness of influencer collaborations through analytics and reporting • Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results • Monitor fashion industry trends, best influencer marketing campaigns, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for our brand • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels (PR, paid social, email marketing, etc)
Requirements
• Fluent in English - C1 required • Fluent Spanish • To have experience managing multiple social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram & YouTube • To be passionate about the fashion industry and social media trends • Have an analytical mindset and familiarity with performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROI, AOV, etc) • Have the ability to prioritize • Excellent communication skills
